Sexual Surrogate was founded in the chaos of 1996 in the tranquil and sedate city of Oldenburg an der Hunte. After the band had been equipped with a clinking guitar, hammering drums and rumbling bass as the best Chicago school would ask for, the trio started their unrestrained journey in terms of noise rock. of almost 20 years occurred. Thank goodness it ended in autumn 2018. In the past, like today, it's all about setting a soundtrack for everyday madness and the small disasters that range from beekeeping on the rooftops of the city, the rampaging husband or an encouraging statement of the state. In September 2019 the two new hits "Angie" and "Life of Grime" were recorded in the Tonmeisterei Oldenburg. The wheel keeps turning, with one more distortion pedal than it did in the early beginnings.
